In the FAB SPORTS app
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile → Menu → Delete Account.
- Request and enter the OTP sent to the account’s verified phone number.
- Type DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm the permanent deletion.
From the web
Open the FAB SPORTS web app, sign in with the same verified phone number, then follow Profile → Menu → Delete Account. This authenticated route verifies account ownership before deletion.
What is deleted
The Firebase Authentication account, all canonically owned Personal Profiles, private profile details, eligible activity, access, push registrations, and proven unshared private uploads are removed. The user is signed out and can no longer use the deleted account.
Business Profile safety
If the account owns a Business Profile, deletion stops safely until ownership transfer or support review is approved. FAB SPORTS does not assign an invented owner or delete records belonging to other athletes or staff.
Limited retained records
FAB SPORTS may retain the minimum order, payment, tax, accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, security, and deletion-audit records required for legitimate purposes. Unnecessary identity fields are removed where safe. Another participant may retain their encrypted copy of shared Chat history, but the deleted account loses Chat access and device registration.
Delete Profile is different
Delete Profile removes only the selected profile. Use Delete Account when you want to remove the authentication account and every eligible Personal Profile owned by it.
